Mark began his career in the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. He had assignments in the criminal appeals and criminal prosecutions departments. In 2005, he opened his own firm and practiced alongside his father, Phillip Battaglia, who had a lengthy career representing family law clients in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago.
Mark grew up in Chicago and knows the city well. He lives and has his office on the West Side so he can be close to home and convenient for his clients.
